Refund policy

At WaggingTip, we want you and your pet to be 100% happy with your purchase. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help. 

Return Window: You have 7 DAYS from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met: The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact. Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and hygiene reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made items.
  • Opened pet treats, food, or grooming products.
  • Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at complaints@waggingtip.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please include photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost to you.

The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for a different size (e.g., pet clothes), please contact us. Exchanges are subject to stock availability and the customer may be responsible for shipping costs associated with the exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

Except in cases of defective goods or errors made by WaggingTip, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at return@waggingtip.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the return shipping address and further instructions.
